Who owns the data and the accounts?
You do. The machine, the AI accounts and the passwords are all in your company's name. Our access is for maintenance only, and you can revoke it any time.
Does this comply with the Saudi PDPL?
Every install is designed around it: minimal data, read-only access, and a person's approval before anything is sent. On the Standard tier we sign a processing agreement with you and prepare the data transfer assessment. If you handle health data, we recommend the Private tier.
What if the machine breaks or the internet goes down?
You have an encrypted daily backup on storage you own, and we can restore everything on a new machine. If the internet drops, your files and data stay safe with you.
How much does the AI cost each month?
On the Standard tier, usually SAR 75 to 1,000 depending on use, paid directly to the provider. On the Private tier there's no usage cost after you buy the machine.
Does it understand Arabic?
Yes, it reads and writes Arabic and English. We test it on your real documents before you rely on it.
What if you stop offering the service?
Everything is built on open-source software and in your name. We hand over a runbook and a system diagram, so any IT professional can take over.
